How Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology Works
The ultrasonic cleaning process converts sound energy into mechanical vibration. Ultrasound radiates through the cleaning solution via the cleaning cell wall, causing micro-bubbles in the liquid to vibrate continuously under sound wave influence. When sound pressure or intensity reaches a specific threshold, these bubbles rapidly expand and suddenly collapse. This cavitation process generates instantaneous shock waves, producing pressures of 10¹²-10¹³ Pa and high temperatures around the bubbles. The tremendous pressure created by ultrasonic cavitation effectively separates insoluble contaminants and disperses them into the liquid solution. Steam-type cavitation directly and repeatedly impacts dirt particles for thorough cleaning.
