Caution During Cleaning: Rotate part 180º during the cleaning process to insure thorough cleaning.

Direction of use:

RECOMMENDED CLEANING PROCEDURE:

• Fill in the tank with water, put the detergent in , mix the detergent into the water;
• Set up the temperature and ultraosnic workign time. Gernally a temperature of 165º - 180º F in the ultrasonic tank is the best.
• Place the gears into the basket with the cavity with containing heaviest residue facing the bottom of the basket.
• Place the basket into the ultrasonic tank. Rotate the housings keeping them underneath the surface of the solution to allow air bubbles to be removed from the part.
• Clean the part for a 15 min. cycle in the ultrasonic tank. At the end of the cycle rotate the part 180º.
• Clean the part for an additional 15 min. cycle. Clean additional cycles if necessary.
• Once the part is cleaned, remove from the ultrasonic bath and rinse using clean hot water which is 150º F.
• Once rinsed, blow off excess water using filtered compressed air. 
• Part will flash dry.
