Skymen 30L bench top ultrasonic cleaner
30L ultrasonic cleaner has heating function 0-80℃ ( 40~60 degrees Celsius temperature is good for cleaning), which can reduces the adhesion strength of oil and wax. Using the ultrasonic vibrations treatment method to improve cleaning efficiency, the powerful transducers built into the sonic cleaner machine. The cleaning frequency of 40KHz can remove stains on items in a few seconds without damaging the items. Widely used for medical apparatus, small carburetors, fuel injectors , guns s, brass, metal parts and jewelry.
Warm trips:
- General Cleaning—use only tap water. Use warm temperature about 50℃ .
- Enhanced Cleaning—add few drops of standard washing up liquid,liquid soap, or detergent into water, other non-acidic cleaning agents can also be used.
- Extensive Cleaning--removing tarnish, carbon & rust from non-plated metals, it is recommended to use specialist cleaning solution in associated using ultrasonic carburetor cleaner machine.

- Heating Funcion: After powering on, the temperature displays the actual enviroment temperature.
- Setting temperature higher than the actual temperature, press the "OF/OFF" button, the "ON" light turns on. The heating function will stop when it reachs the setting temperature. If the setting temperature lower than the actual temperature, the "ON" light doesn't turn on, but the actual temperature will runs, the actual temperature depends on how long the machine working.
- The best temperature we suggest is 40℃～60℃, and the cleaning time is 30 mins one time.
