This machine is mostly used for foam blocks that come from foam crushing machine blown

into mixing drum of foam re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive, the mixture is dropped

down into a standard size mold L2m*w1.55m*h1.2m where it goes under hydraulic pressure to

shape bonded foam.

Technical Data:

Terms of Payment: 30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract

                              70% covered by T/T before delivery

Installation and Start-up: 2 technicians will be assigned to coordinate installation,  

commissioning and training, cost for flight and suitable accommodation plus USD80/day will be charged additionally.

Warranty: 12 months limited warranty. Starting from date of delivery excluding wear parts. 

                Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
