PLC Control Floral Foam Cutting Machine Adjustable With 6 Bar , 9KW
The whole cutting line is composed as follows:
A Belt Conveyor (1) 2500mm length, 1200 width for floral foam Block transporing
after cutting. It is driven by an AC motor. It has two pneumatic holding systems.
A mobile horizontal cutting station (2) for horizontal cutting. It is used to cut the foam
block to requestd thickness which is 80mm. The whole horizontal cutting frame is driven
by an AC motor which driven by an inverter.
A Belt Conveyor (3) 1800mm length, 1200 width for floral foam block transport.
It is a PLC control floral foam cutting machine
It keeps same speed and action with (1) belt conveyor.
A vertical cutting station (4) for vertical cutting. It can cut the floral foam
boards 1450mm*1450mm*80mm to be 1450mm*230mm*80mm and trimming two sides.
It has the de-dust system to take the dust during cutting away.
A Belt Conveyor (5) 1800mm length, 1500 width for floral foam block transport.
It is driven by an AC motor.
A vertical cutting station (6) for vertical cutting. It can cut the floral foam boards
1450mm*230mm*80mm to be 110mm*230mm*80mm and trimming two sides.
It has the de-dust system to take the dust during cutting away.
A pneumatic marking system (7) for stamp marks on the final product.
It can press down with logo molds automatic.
A Belt Conveyor (8) for final product which size is 110mm*230mm*80mm tranport out.
