Description
BY series automatic tableware production line is composed of pulping system, molding system, vacuum system, high pressure water system and air pressure system. The raw material is prepared into a certain concentration of pulp by the process of shredding, grinding, adding chemical additives, etc., and then the pulp is uniformly attached to the customized mold to form a wet product through the vacuum effect,and drying is also done by the forming machine,after drying,the robot will transfers the product to the trimming machine.
