1. The product of the equipment is the 30-packed egg tray with the size 300*300mm and the dry weight 65g-70g. 2. For different capacity, customized allocation can be made according to the clients’ requirement. 3. Workshop size is only for reference and it can be slightly adjusted according to actual size of client’s plant.

The Items Must Be Prepared before Installation

1	Workshop, foundation of the machine, Drain ditch in the workshop.
2	Raw Material supply system; include Pools or tanks for pulp making system (3 x 4M³).
3	Power supply, water supply.
4	Tools and consumable materials needed during the installation.
5	The quotation does not including drying machine. The customer should prepare halftones and trolleys for air-cure the product.

This is a semiautomatic pulp molding production line. Product forming process & drying process are finished through the semi-automatic equipment with workers operating for the connection during the two processes.
The production line can be applied to making egg tray, fruit tray, coffee-cup tray, medical tray craftworks as well as inner package for industrial products.
Products are make from paper pulp(usually it is virgin pulp). It’s high-efficiency, energy-saving, durable, wieldy and safe.

2	Delivery Terms	FOB Guangzhou, China. (Final transaction could be made in C&F or CIF, the freight and insurance should be decided according to the current rate when signing the contract).

4	Packages	Packages suitable for ocean transport. The small parts are packaged by wooden boxes. The big parts are protected by wooden support.
5	Installation	Seller should appoint 2 engineers to instruct buyer for installation, test-run and training. All the charges including air ticket, VISA , accommodation and food of the engineers should be responsible by buyer. Besides, the buyer should pay the engineers subsidy of USD200/person/day and offer translation service.
6	Warranty	12 months after installation
7	After service	The seller will send spare parts for one year use by free. The seller will provide operating manual, drawing, process diagram for all of the equipments. The seller will instruct the operation, maintain method for the buyer’s worker after installation. The seller will instruct the production technology and prescription for the buyer’s engineer after installation;
