The automated production process begins with waste paper materials being fed into the conveyor system. The material enters the hydrapulper where it mixes with water to create paper pulp. This pulp is then adjusted to proper consistency before being pumped to the forming machine. Through vacuum forming technology, the pulp takes shape on wiremesh molds. The wet products then move automatically through the single-layer drying line, completing one or two cycles before final stacking and packaging.
