Production Process
Pulping System
Converts waste paper materials into pulp of specific consistency using hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water systems, and agitators.
Forming System
Pulp is transferred to forming machines where vacuum and compressed air form products on specialized molds.

Wet products are transferred to netting plates and dried using natural sunlight or mechanical drying systems.
