Production Line Components
Pulping System
Converts clean virgin paper into pulp of specific consistency using hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pumps, and agitators.

Pulp flows to forming machine where vacuum and compressed air create products on moulds.
Drying System
Transfer moulds automatically move to hot press moulds for complete drying and shaping with electric or thermo oil heating.
