How this Production Line Works:

Pulping System: put raw material into hydrapulper, grinding with water. Adjust the pulp into certain density.
Forming System: the adjusted pulp will transfer to rotary machine, products will be formed in the moulds with the vacuum suction.
Drying System: products will drop down on the metal dryer for drying.
Hot Press System: for egg tray and fruit tray, they don't need this process; but for egg carton, this process is compulsory.
Stacking & Packing System: After dried or after hot press, the products will go to package. Court the number of the dried products, separate them and stack them up.
