Descriptions:
1. Hot-press machine uses high temperature (160~200℃) and high press (20tons) to fix the shape of the dried paper tray products, so the appearance of products becomes more smooth and neat;
2. The working temperature is 160~200℃, but it can be adjustable(after setting the temperature, the constant temperature will be automatically regulated);
3. Bottom mould move out for loading products; Finished products be sent to the backside of the machine automatically;
4. With function of top mould and bottom mould blowing & vacuum;
5. PLC + touch screen control. Main electrical elements are international brand;

By changing moulds, this hot press machine can hot press egg trays, egg boxes, cup holders, shoe trays and industrial package items. The machine is the same, just different moulds. |
