Pulping System
Converts clean virgin paper into pulp with specific concentration through pulping, screening, grinding, and chemical agent addition. Includes pulper, grinder, pulp tank, water tank, pumps, agitator, and control systems.
Forming & Hot-Pressing System
Integrated system for forming, drying, hot pressing, and stacking. Pulp is vacuum-formed on molds, transferred to hot pressing molds for drying, then stacked automatically.
Support Systems
Vacuum system for forming, air compressor system, optional cementing/laminating machines, edge trimming system, and UV/microwave disinfection.
