Machine Introduction
- Forming machine completes forming, drying and hot-press shaping procedures manually or with automation
- Smart robots enable automatic product transfer, hot press shaping, and edge cutting
- Machine structure: 1 forming stage in the middle, 2 hot press stages on the sides
- Applications: pulp molding tableware, medical care packages, face masks, and finery packages
- Raw materials: clean virgin paper sheets including sugarcane bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp, reed pulp (food grade and eco-friendly)
Production Process
Pulping System
Converts clean virgin paper into pulp of specific consistency using hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pumps, and agitators.
Forming System
After adjusting pulp consistency, pulp moves to forming machine where vacuum and compressed air create products on moulds.
Drying System
Products are transferred to hot press moulds manually or via smart robots, completing forming, drying and hot-press shaping procedures.
