Production Process
The pulp molding process begins with virgin pulp materials (sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, wood, straw) that are mixed in hydrapulpers and adjusted to specific consistency. Fiber covers wire mesh molds via vacuum suction and air compression, forming wet products that undergo drying, hot pressing, edge cutting, and disinfection processes.
