Production Process Flow
Pulping System: Clean virgin paper converted to pulp with specific concentration through pulping, screening, grinding, and chemical agent addition.
Forming and Hot-Pressing System: Pulp vacuum-formed on molds, transferred to hot pressing molds for drying and pressing, then automatically stacked.
Support Systems: Vacuum system for forming, air compressor system, and optional cementing/laminating machines.
Finishing Options: Edge trimming machine for compact edges, UV or microwave disinfection before packaging.
