The 5089-HD Heat Sealing Tester adopts the testing principle of heat-pressing sealing method and is suitable for measuring the heat-sealing pressure, heat-sealing temperature and heat-sealing time of flexible packaging composite films, plastic film substrates, coated paper and other heat-sealing composite films. The instrument adopts the heat-pressing sealing method. The sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower heat-sealing heads. The sample is sealed at the preset temperature, pressure and time. By heat-sealing the sample under different test conditions such as temperature, pressure and time, the appropriate packaging process for the sample can be obtained.
