The 60126-HD Horizontal Vacuum Pug Mill is a professional-grade machine designed for the ceramic industry, primarily used for clay preparation in the production of bricks, tiles, daily-use porcelain, and industrial porcelain.
With the ability to accommodate various molds at the front end of the sludge outlet, this machine can extrude and form diverse ceramic components including tubes, tiles, and sheets.
This mud mixer is optimized for grinding materials with moisture content between 18.5% to 22%. The ideal moisture level varies depending on material composition:
- Lower moisture content recommended for materials with higher hard material content
- Slightly higher moisture content suitable for materials with greater proportion of soft materials
