Product Description
The 5034-HD tester is designed for evaluating the peeling strength of sanitary napkins and panty liners. It also effectively tests the peeling and adhesion performance of various materials including plastic films, adhesive tapes, self-adhesive labels, release papers, protective films, and diaphragms.
Testing Principle
A standard jersey is attached to the adhesive backing of sanitary absorbent pads. After conditioning under specified conditions, the sanitary napkin and standard jersey are peeled 180° apart. The average peeling force within the specified displacement is measured to determine adhesive strength.
