Seatbelt anchor point strength tester (electric cylinder type)
This testing equipment is designed according to the user's test requirements and relevant standards. It is used to test the structural strength and safety reliability of various automotive seat frames, headrests, seat belts, and complete seats under both static and dynamic conditions. It is intended to evaluate the seat production process and the assembled finished product by examining the strength that each welded joint, all connections, and locking mechanisms can withstand when subjected to specified directions and forces. This allows for assessing the strength and corresponding deformation of the seat frame and the finished seat. The equipment automatically records various values such as force, strength, displacement, and deformation through a computer, and automatically generates test curves and test reports.

The test bench serves to mount and support the electric cylinder loading system. The test bench frame has three horizontal beams, each mounting three servo electric cylinders. The vertical height of each beam is adjustable via a manual lifting mechanism, allowing for adjustment of the vertical position of the three electric cylinders on each beam. (PS: The distance from the lowest point of the actuator on the bottom beam to the test platform is 200mm.) The three electric cylinder assemblies on each beam are mounted on horizontal guide rails and their horizontal positions are adjusted manually. Once the horizontal position is properly adjusted, it can be locked using the rear locking device. A balancing mechanism, mounted on the horizontal guide rails, eliminates the influence of the cylinder's gravity and adjusts the loading angle. This balancing mechanism automatically moves with the horizontal movement of the electric cylinder. The adjustment range of the electric cylinder position and angle is not specified.
- This system achieves automatic control of the testing process and automatic saving of test results.
- The system adopts the Windows platform, allowing for the setting of various test parameters according to testing standards. It also facilitates easy retrieval of data and curves stored in the database, and the evaluation and editing of test reports.
- Test reports are standardized, and the output test data is accurate and standardized.
- The electrical and electronic subsystems include the following elements: ① Distribution cabinet; ② Control and data acquisition console, including operation interface, settings, calibration, analysis, etc.; ③ Remote control handle.
