8041-HD Medical Suture Diameter Tester
Equipped with a 7-inch K600+ core/dot matrix 65-color touchscreen display at 800*480 resolution. The PLC control system dynamically displays the loading force value. The operable interface is selectable: Chinese/English/Chinese-English switchable. It features digital closed-loop control, an AD acquisition speed of 500KHz, and an internal resolution of 500,000 counts. Includes a high-precision clock chip for power-off storage and overload alarm with automatic shutdown protection. Touch controls include: Nominal Size, Test Load, Print, Test, Move Left, Move Right, Time, and Calibration. Utilizes weight loading for tension, automatically records diameter data, automatically outputs data reports, and prints test results via the built-in printer.
Manufactured in accordance with the clauses related to diameter testing in standards YY1116-2020 "Absorbable Surgical Suture" and YY0167-2020 "Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture".
