Main function
Ozone Aging Chamber can be used to test rubber products with static tensile deformation, such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulating bush; expose the test specimens to the sealed air in the test chamber without light and with constant ozone concentration and constant temperature according to predetermined time, and then observe the cracks on test specimens’ surface and the degree of change of other properties to evaluate the rubber’s ozone aging resistance properties.
Control System
Temperature controller is imported digital mircrocomputer type screen with PID system ,automatic calculating,man-machine dialogue operation mode,touch type.
Box structure
Ozone aging chamber box using CNC machining, nice shape, no side door handle, easy to operate. Box liner imported stainless steel plate, ozone aging chamber box outside the gall bladder using A3 steel spray, increasing the appearance of texture and cleanliness. Heating fever poses heating, heating up fast, uniform temperature distribution. Built-in 360-degree rotating sample holder.
