In order to get high performance, high tensile strength, high rotate speed, Our crankshaft all use heat treatment, surface peening , Ion Plasma nitriding, gas nitriding treatment and so on. Our main materials have 45,50Mn,40Cr,35CrMo,42CrMo,4340 and so on.
