3. It cancels the traditional spring and rod tension structure and uses a high - power motor for direct drive to generate tension. The structure is simple and the response is higher.
4. Through 3 - way switch quantity signals, any of the 8 - stage tensions of this device can be called.Even without enabling the RS485 function,
multi - stage tension can still be controlled (Note: The single - time switching time is no more than 300ms).
5. The tensioner and the communication box are connected via CAN , which is more efficient and the signal is more stable and reliable. The communication box has Ethernet and Rs485 communication
functions, which can read the connected tensioner in real - time and perform parameter settings.
6. The ZST series servo tensioner needs to be used in conjunction with the "Servo Tensioner
Communication Box" developed by our company for networking and communication with the winding machine. Please request the "Instruction Manual".
