Operation Principle
The device operates at low voltage and connects to CNC Automatic Coil Winding Machines or other equipment providing 5000 rpm. Three hardened diamond blades form a funnel configuration that gradually closes around the wire from largest to smallest diameter. As rotational speed increases, the magnet wire feeds between the blades to the required depth, and the stripper is slowly drawn away to remove the enamel coating.
