Tungsten Carbide Coil Winding Nozzle - High Precision 0.2-1.2mm Bore with HRA90+ Hardness
High precision tungsten carbide coil winding nozzles engineered for industrial coil winding machines. Manufactured from super hard alloy with hardness exceeding HRA90° and anti-bending strength over 2300N/mm².
Hardness value: 1800-2200 Vickers (3x harder than case hardened steel). Stainless steel body provides structural support.
Mirror-finished wire guiding surfaces with surface roughness ≤2-4 micro inches Ra prevent enameled wire insulation damage and ensure stable wire tension.
Wire exit concentricity within 0.02mm with or without load. Geometric concentricity maintained within 0.01mm.
Exit radii controlled to ±0.025mm tolerance for consistent wire angle from coil to coil.
