HRC90 tungsten carbide coil winding nozzle designed specifically for 0.16mm copper wire applications in coil winding machinery.
Material & Construction
Precision-engineered from super hard tungsten carbide alloy with hardness exceeding HRA90 and anti-bending strength over 2300N/mm². All terminals, inner surfaces, and outlets receive mirror surface treatment to prevent enameled wire scraping.
Key Technical Advantages
High Wear Resistance
Hardness value: 1800-2200 Vickers (approximately 3 times harder than case-hardened steel). Stainless steel body provides structural support.
Scratch-Proof Performance
Eliminates wire insulation film damage with low friction resistance and stable wire tension. Mirror-finished wire guiding surfaces achieve surface roughness of 2-4 micro inches Ra or better.
Precision Straightness & Stiffness
Wire exit concentric to nozzle locating within 0.02mm tolerance, with or without load. Concentricity maintained within 0.01mm.
Precise Exit Radii
Exit radii controlled to ±0.025mm tolerance, governing wire exit angle between coils for consistent winding performance.
