Low friction wire guide stainless steel needles, also known as ruby nozzles, are precision components designed for full automatic stator winding machines. These wire guide tubes provide exceptional wear resistance and protection for enameled wires during high-speed coil winding operations.

Constructed with ruby tips featuring hardness values of 1800-2200 Vickers (3 times harder than case hardened steel), supported by stainless steel structural bodies for durability and longevity.
Scratch-Proof Design
Mirror-finished wire-guiding surfaces with surface roughness of 2-4 micro inches Ra or better, eliminating wire insulation film damage while maintaining low friction resistance and stable wire tension.
Precision Engineering
Exceptional straightness and stiffness with concentricity to within 0.01mm, ensuring precise wire exit alignment. Exit radii maintained to ±0.025mm for consistent winding angles.
Extended Service Life
More than twice the lifetime compared to tungsten carbide nozzles in the same operating environment, providing superior cost efficiency.
