Operating Principle
The wire stripper operates at 5000rpm/min and connects to CNC automatic coil winding machines. Three hardened diamond blades form a funnel configuration that gradually closes around the wire from largest to smallest diameter. As rotational speed increases, the magnet wire feeds between the blades to the required depth, and the stripper is slowly drawn away to complete the process.
