Description
The servo wire tension unit uses the wire feeding method for high speed
winding control. by replacing the spring to change its tension value,
this product comes with tension feedback stabilization system that can
automatically tension stable equilibrium and with particular stable
tension and easy to adjust.
The feedback system will monitor the tension and make changes to the feeding
speed to maintain the set tension level even during rapid acceleration and to
prevent any sudden change in the tension when winding non-round shaped coils.
One model covers a wide range of tension values for maximum efficiency and
cost-effectiveness while still giving fine control of tension adjustment.
Applications
-Widely used in motor coil,drive coil,transformer coils,relay coils,voice coil,inductance,resistance wire,textiles and other equipment around the system.
