1. Product Description

Stainless Steel Reducer (commonly known as reducing pipe fitting) is a vital component used to connect pipes of different diameters in piping systems. Manufactured from high-grade austenitic or duplex stainless steel, it is divided into Concentric Reducer (with aligned centerlines, suitable for vertical risers or pump discharges) and Eccentric Reducer (with parallel but offset centerlines, ideal for horizontal pipelines to prevent liquid pooling and air pockets).
Production methods include cold reduction, hot expansion, combined forming, and stamping. Seamless reducers are available from DN15 to DN500 (1/2″–20″), while welded (seam-welded) reducers range from DN15 to DN1200 (1/2″–48″), with custom sizes up to DN1800 (72″) on request. The products fully comply with GB/T, ASME, DIN, JIS, and other international standards.

• Connecting pipes of different nominal diameters for smooth transition;

• Installed at pump and compressor inlets/outlets to reduce fluid impact and cavitation;
