UNS S32760 (F55 / 1.4501) is a premium super duplex stainless steel enhanced with tungsten for superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. It offers outstanding performance in the most aggressive environments including chlorinated seawater, sour gas, and high-temperature chloride media. This grade is widely specified for critical offshore and subsea applications.

Specifically engineered for offshore oil and gas platforms, subsea flowlines and manifolds, seawater injection systems, firewater systems, chemical process plants, flue gas desulfurization scrubbers, and pulp and paper bleaching equipment where maximum corrosion resistance and reliability are critical.
Testing per ASTM A790 includes chemical analysis, tensile testing, hardness testing, flattening testing, hydrostatic testing, eddy current inspection. Supplementary NACE corrosion testing and impact testing available. All products ship with ISO TUV SGS certified Mill Test Certificates and full material traceability.
