Our Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205) stainless steel seamless pipes are manufactured to ASTM A790/ASME SA790 standards, delivering the optimal combination of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel properties. With approximately twice the yield strength of standard austenitic grades, Duplex 2205 pipes provide outstanding performance in demanding offshore environments.

Quality Assurance

Every Duplex 2205 pipe undergoes 100% hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic inspection (UT), and eddy current testing (ET) per ASTM A790 requirements. Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are provided with each shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or TUV is available upon request.
