1. Product Description 

Hastelloy is a family of nickel-based superalloys developed by Haynes International, engineered for extreme corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments. Hastelloy pipes are nickel-alloy piping products manufactured from these advanced materials. The most common grades include C-276 (the industry workhorse), C-22 (improved resistance to oxidizing media), and B-3 (specialist for reducing acids).

Hastelloy pipes are specified when stainless steel, duplex, and even Inconel grades cannot withstand the corrosive media. With nickel as the primary matrix element, supplemented by molybdenum, chromium, tungsten, and other alloying elements, Hastelloy pipes provide exceptional corrosion resistance that far exceeds that of conventional stainless steels.
