Forming Method

The dished ends is generally overall forming and butt welding after split forming.The overall forming is mainly formed by hot(stamping) forming and cold(spinning) forming.

The butt welding after split forming is generally to split forming and then butt welding.

Overall Forming

Cold forming, also known as cold spinning, the use of a spinning machine at normal temperature for pressing. It is suitable for the head with large diameter and small thickness.

Hot forming, also known as hot stamping, the steel plate is heated to the specified temperature, the use of press and mold to cooperate with the pressing molding. It is suitable for thick head.
