一, Working principle of the equipment:

Generally, the flash (burr) of the product to be processed is thinner than the product itself, so that the flash must precede the embrittlement of the product at a certain low temperature. This equipment utilizes this feature to use liquid nitrogen as the freezing medium to impact the low temperature embrittled flash through high-speed spraying of frozen particles at low temperatures, thereby achieving rapid and effective removal of flash. The temperature, ejection speed, drum speed, and processing time in the freezing bin of the trimming machine can be set arbitrarily.
