The characteristics of pressure swing vacuum drying equipment
1. The heating principle is advanced and reasonable
The variable pressure vacuum drying equipment heats the product by using the water vapor evaporated from the dried product in the vacuum drying tank as the heat transfer medium, and conducting heat exchange between the heater and the dried product. This heating method is similar to kerosene gas-phase drying heating. The heating uniformity is very good, the heating efficiency is high and stable.
2. High production efficiency
Drying_ The process time for the transformer body of the g110kV level is only about 40 hours, and its production efficiency is equivalent to that of kerosene gas.
3. Endpoint determination
At the end of drying, the comparison method recommended by Dr. Moore is used to determine the endpoint, which is automatically performed by the operating program at the end of drying, and the judgment results are accurate and reliable.
4. Simple device configuration
Compared with hot air circulation drying equipment, this type of equipment has removed the hot air circulation system, and compared with kerosene gas-phase drying equipment, several systems related to kerosene have been removed. From the perspective of the number of mechanical equipment systems, it is generally similar to ordinary vacuum drying. Therefore, the configuration is simple, greatly facilitating operation and maintenance.

Due to its clear process route and clear and simple control, it is conducive to achieving automatic control of the entire drying process, and the reliability of automatic control is high.
