Characteristic:
1. 3 in 1 line, the straightening rollers adopts piston cylinder to finish loosing mode instead of tranditional air cylinder. It is suitable for 0.3--4.5 mm medium thickness material with 70-1000mm width coil punching uncoiling, straightening and feeding
2, the uncoilling frame spindle adopts hydraulic expansion system, coiller drum is wedge form slider structure, automatic locking and loosening coil material, feeding width adjusting by two gauge roller screws, when discharge coil, the air cylinder will rise outer roller to avoid blocking material, it makes loading-unloading coil easily, high reliability, low labor intensity, good safety, and is equipped with a pressing arm, so that the material is not loose, the coil discharge adopts photoelectric induction system, automatic feeding, and adopts pneumatic device lift material, control material feeding arc, to let the material into machine smoothly.
3, straightening rollers is high-strength alloy bearing steel, with a series of heat treatment (quenching), lathe, high frequency treatment, hard chromium plating, grinding, grinding, strictly ensure the smooth surface, precision reached 0.01mm.
4, Adopt the two rollers pinch press structure, through motor reducer , drives the upper and lower pinch roller working, send the material head to straightening machine.
5, Straightening device uses four worm gear to adjust, by hand wheel rotation, worm drive, worm gear, drive the upper slider for lifting, so as to achieve the amount of pressure regulation. The adjusting hand wheel is provided with an adjusting dial plate, and display the adjusting amount accurately.
6, Straightening and loosing adopts eccentric structure, adopts double cylinder, straightening cylinder ventilation,upper slider cylinder piston driven by the pressure,when loose, air cylinder witll lift material by upper slider. Because the exhaust pipe is equipped with an exhaust valve when loosing, the loosing speed is fast.
7, worm gear lifting device can adjust feeding height within 100, suitable for customers for different product mold height, convenient adjustment, labor saving and reliable.
