Suitable for 0.6-6.0mm thickness sheet thickness coil uncoiler, straightener & feeder for Auto parts or Electric parts
Advantages:
1, Using 9 straigtenning rollers, effective surrender of high rigid plate, improve material straightening accuracy.
2, The straightening rollers can be opened up, can quickly and thoroughly cleaning the roller, convenient for mechanical point inspection.
3 , levelling and fine-tuning adopts servo control device.
4, In an electric manner for adjustment replace the manual turbine correction , operation is much easier.
5, Closed loop detection device (i.e. the coder counts the feeding length), ensures the long step feeding precision.
