3, straightening rollers quanitty 7 pcs, (￠85 up 4/3 arrangment ), material: rolling bearing steel GCr15 with high strength, Quenched and tempered frequency quenching, hard chrome plated surface hardness can reach HRC60~62 degrees, the size precision of 0.01mm, ensure high precision leveling.
4, feeding relaxation adopts pneumatic compression relaxation, can produce enough tensile force, the material to the leveling roller, and is synchronous rotation.
5, the straightening material inlet roller head equiptes with a folding device, movable roller driven by cylinder, when the first feeding, because the head is bent, it is not easy to put the material into a straightening machine , it needs to put head into a flattening device, then enters into straightening machine.
6, the leveling roller adopts the large power motor (5-16HP) with worm reducer (30:1) with chain transfer to leveling levelingmachine materials, can produce the leveling force larger, inverter control motor speed, convenient and reliable.
The upper and lower leveling roller adopts a large modulus gear synchronous drive, and the correcting force is large, the material surface is not rubbed, the material can not be scratched, and the fine adjustment part adopts a worm gear rod fine tuning device.
