Vertical Ring High Gradient Wet Type Magnetic Separator 2000mm ISO9001 for Iron Ore Processing 50-80 t/h Capacity
- Overcomes technical challenges of magnetic media blockage in flat ring separators
- High magnetic field intensity and gradient for superior separation efficiency
- Large concentration ratio with wide particle size and slurry thickness tolerance
- Intelligent control operation for optimized mineral processing results
- Excellent performance with low intensity magnetic ores
The separation process begins by filling the cavity with water and activating the pulsating equipment. Raw ore is fed through the feed box, where magnetic particles separate from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity. Magnetic particles adhere to the magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge separately. After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs, followed by flushing of magnetic particles from the media.
