Operation Process
The separation process begins by filling the cavity with water and activating the pulsating equipment. Raw ore is fed from the feed box, where magnetic particles separate from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity. Magnetic particles adhere to magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge through the iron discharge port. After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs, followed by flushing of magnetic particles from the magnetic media.
