Operation Process
The separation process begins by filling the cavity with water and activating the pulsating mechanism. Raw ore is fed through the feed box, where magnetic particles are separated from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic forces, pulsating fluid forces, and gravity. Magnetic particles adhere to the magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge through the iron discharge port. After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs, followed by flushing to remove magnetic particles from the media.
