Vertical ring magnetic separator with 1750mm swivel outer diameter and dimensions of 3900 x 3300 x 3800mm, designed for efficient mineral processing with intelligent control operation.
This vertical ring magnetic separator overcomes the technical challenge of magnetic media blockage in high gradient flat ring magnetic separators. Key advantages include:

- After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs followed by flushing of magnetic particles from magnetic media

This permanent magnetic separator machine is specifically designed for water-washed kaolin and sodium potassium feldspar processing. It effectively reduces iron content in water-washed kaolin from 1.2% to 1.6% down to 0.6%, while improving whiteness from 2 to 16 degrees.
