Operating Process
Mineral slurry enters the magnetic field zone where strong magnetic ore particles are attracted and adhere to the rotating drum surface. Weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals continue through the system unaffected. The captured magnetic ore rotates with the drum and is transported to the discharge zone, where rinse water washes the concentrated material into collection slots, completing the separation cycle.
