High Gradient Magnetic Separator Machine 2000mm Vertical Ring for Quartz & Non-Metallic Minerals
- Solves magnetic media clogging issues common in flat ring separators
- High magnetic field intensity up to 1.0 Tesla
- Advanced gradient magnetic field technology
- High concentration ratio for improved separation efficiency
- Wide particle size range: -1.2mm (30-100% -200 mesh)
- Flexible slurry density handling: 10-40%
- Intelligent control system for automated operation
- Excellent performance in separating low intensity magnetic ores
The separation process begins by filling the cavity with water and activating the pulsating equipment. Raw ore is fed from the feed box, where magnetic particles separate from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity. Magnetic particles adhere to the magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge through the iron outlet. After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs, followed by flushing of magnetic particles from the media.
