Usage: Suitable for 40-400 mesh feedstock iron elimination applications
Operation Procedure
- Power on the system, then open admission and slurry valves while closing back slurry and iron discharge valves before magnetizing
- After the designated time period (adjustable based on operational requirements), close admission and slurry valves and open back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry
- Perform magnetic cutting by closing admission, slurry, and back slurry valves, then open iron discharge valve to remove magnetic materials collected on media
