The separation process begins by filling the separation cavity with water and activating the pulsating equipment. Raw ore is fed from the feed box into the system.
Magnetic particles are separated from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity. Magnetic particles adhere to the magnetic media, while non-magnetic particles discharge through the iron discharge outlet. After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs, followed by flushing of magnetic particles from the magnetic media.
