Operation Process
- Fill the separation cavity with water and activate the pulsating equipment before feeding raw ore from the feed box
- Magnetic particles separate from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity
- Magnetic particles adhere to magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge; magnetic cutting and flushing remove magnetic particles from media
Application Scope
This magnetic separator effectively purifies non-metallic minerals including quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, spodumene, and kaolin. It also separates low intensity magnetic minerals such as hematite, wolframite, and tantalum-niobium ores.
