Mineral grains are fed into the magnetic bar box. As particles pass through the permanent magnetic bars, magnetic materials are absorbed onto the bars due to magnetic force while non-magnetic materials discharge through the outlet.

The cylinder device pulls permanent magnetic bars layer by layer, automatically separating absorbed ferromagnetic materials through the iron removal outlet.
